We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Junior Financial Analyst to join our Global Planning & Performance FP&A Team. Global Planning & Performance FP&A team is responsible for providing high-quality FP&A activity for global purposes to the Group Leadership and Executive Committee.

This role offers a hands-on learning experience in financial planning and analysis, providing exposure to corporate finance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The junior financial analyst will support key financial processes, including month-end close reporting, profit and loss forecasting, cash flow analysis, balance sheet reporting, budgeting and strategic planning.

What you will be doing?

  • Month-End Close Support: Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Forecasting & Budgeting: Help develop and present profit and loss forecasts, cash flow projections, annual and long-term budgets.
  • Financial Reporting: Compile financial data and create reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Data Management: Work with financial models and tools to streamline reporting processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support the finance team in working with other departments to align financial planning with business objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance financial reporting efficiency and accuracy.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Around 1 year of experience in Finance or Accounting will be a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work with large datasets with accuracy.
  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Language: Fluent English proficiency
