YOUR TASKS

• Planning: Create a plan for the program and monitor its progress
• Budgeting: Manage the program's budget and allocate resources accordingly
• Risk management: Identify and manage risks and conflicts, and take corrective action
• Communication: Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and upper management
• Leadership: Guide and motivate teams to work together towards shared goals
• Coordination: Coordinate multiple projects and ensure they are operating correctly
• Decision making: Make key decisions about how to allocate resources and manage risks
• Documentation: Manage program documents, such as the program initiation document

YOUR PROFILE

• Experienced to handle multiple projects same time.
• Experienced with distributed delivery across different time zones.
• Experienced with Application management/ Delivery teams.
• Experienced for very high-level stake holder management.
• Project management certified
• Engagement management certified (L1\L2).
• 10 +yrs in Program management.
• Experienced in Waterfall, agile is nice to have.
• Sound knowledge about Budget management, forecasting, resource management.
• Experienced in various life cycle of a project.
• Must have sound cutover and migration experience.
• Experienced with large transformation projects.
• People management skill with large projects with 100+ people
