YOUR TASKS

  • Solving issues/queries raised by Customers,
  • Cash Applications, Account maintenance, Financial Order Release,
  • Problem solving,
  • Proactive reporting of any operational issues to direct supervisor/supporting resolution progress,
  • Supporting any UATs (user acceptance tests).

YOUR PROFILE

  • Communicative level of English (minimum B2) and fluent Bulgarian (minimum C1) both written and spoken;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Attention to details and quality;
  • At least 6 month of experience in customer service;
  • Student status or bachelor's degree
