The Application Managed Services team is a part of PwC Poland, involving 70 superheroes who react before anyone even notices a problem! Our work requires constant monitoring of the operation of applications and real-time response. We also improve existing products and introduce new functionalities, so that applications can advance in parallel with our clients’ growth. Our work is recognized worldwide – from Newfoundland to Singapore; we work in several languages. We repair, keep our fingers on the pulse, create CR, document, and sometimes teach our clients’ employees. That is why planes fly, satellites transmit a signal, publishing houses print books, and cars are delivered ahead of schedule. The better we work, the less you notice us. We are looking for:
Salesforce Developer
Your future role:
- Assist in the support, maintenance, and enhancement of our Salesforce applications, ensuring smooth functionality and alignment with business objectives,
- Participate in platform upgrades (Salesforce Major Releases), including analysis of changes, development, and configuration,
- Contribute to the creation and updating of documentation to ensure clarity and consistency,
- Learn from senior developers and actively participate in a culture of learning and technical excellence within the team,
- Identify and suggest areas for improvement to enhance our Salesforce ecosystem's functionality and efficiency,
- Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Apply if you have:
- Knowledge of Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components and OmniStudio: Good understanding of coding principles and familiarity with OmniStudio tools such as OmniScripts and FlexCards. Experience with declarative programming, especially flows,
- Around 2 years of commercial experience in object-oriented programming,
- Understanding of Salesforce Architecture: familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud,
- Basic Salesforce Data Modeling Skills: understanding of data management and security best practices,
- Willingness to Learn Salesforce Integrations: Understanding of integration patterns and platforms,
- Familiarity with Development Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD practices for Salesforce using tools like Azure Pipelines, Copado, Jenkins,
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to use Salesforce monitoring and debugging tools to ensure optimal performance and reliability,
- Team Player Attitude: Willingness to work on IT support projects and collaborate in an international environment. Able to work independently to meet deadlines and complete tasks efficiently.
Nice to have:
- OmniStudio Consultant or/and OmniStudio Developer Credentials,
- Knowledge and experience with support Financial Service Cloud and Data Cloud,
- Interest in Salesforce AI solutions like Einstein Analytics,
- Open-mindedness to learn new technologies and solutions.
