We’re seeking a future team member for the role of : Associate, Shareholder Services I to join our Shareholder Services at Transfer Agency team. This role is located in Wroclaw, DOLNYSLASK – HYBRID model.

The Shareholder Services team respond to requests and queries from clients (retail or institutional which are received via phone, email, or written postal enquiry).

The team is responsible for maintaining and ensuring that we meet our agreed KPIs with our clients. We are responsible for providing a fast, efficient, accurate service with a limited number of handoffs to ensure the shareholder needs are met and aligned with client expectations and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Respond to client queries via telephone, email, postal enquiry in an efficient and professional manner. 
  • Dealing with escalations in the form of email queries which are received either from the client or internally to ensure they are acted upon in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and check reporting to clients and investors through the appropriate channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall client satisfaction.
  • Provide training and support to new team members to ensure consistent service delivery standards.
  • Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • 1-3 years of total work experience; experience in financial services, contact centre or client service preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on Excel.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills 
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • High level of accuracy and professionalism
  • Fluent in written and spoken English is essential for this role.
