For our Client, Danone, we are looking for candidates for the position of PTP Manager Reporting & Analytics. The team you will be working with is ONE Danone Business Services (DBS), responsible for delivering standardized and comprehensive solutions to improve work quality and employee, customer and supplier services across Europe. One DBS operates through various departments, covering areas such as jak Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Invoice to Cash, Employee Services, Master Data Management, Internal Control, Tax. One DBS function is based in Warsaw and supports various business functions to enhance operational efficiency across Europe.
P2P Manager Reporting & Analytics
Requirements
- very good knowledge of end-to-end P2P process,
- familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools,
project management and organizational skills, - strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights,
- communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, both technical and non-technical stakeholders,

Responsibilities
- establish and maintain a comprehensive reporting framework to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics,
- analyze data and provide meaningful insights and trends to support data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization,
- gather requirements from various stakeholders to create customized reports that meet their specific needs,
- ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across various reporting systems and platforms by implementing data validation checks and performing regular data audits,
- analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement, streamlining workflows, and eliminating waste,
- implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies and other best practices to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs,
- collaborate with teams across the organization to implement standardized processes and ensure alignment with operational goals,
- conduct reviews to assess operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose actionable recommendations,
- lead the development and execution of P2P initiatives and projects to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality,
- collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify operational challenges, gather requirements, and drive change initiatives,
- support local team to develop change management plans and communication strategies to facilitate understanding, buy-in and adoption of new processes, tools, and systems,
- support realization of KPI's / SLAs for P2P process and communicate results to key stakeholders,
- based on data analytics, spot and drive improvements in P2P process / communication / technology.
