Your responsibilities

  • Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for the manufacturing industry, focusing on OT Visibility, OT Service Management, OT SecOps, and OT Risk Management.
  • Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules to align with client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Integration: Develop and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow solutions to ensure functionality, performance, and security standards are met.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, including design specifications, user guides, and technical manuals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of delivered solutions.

Our requirements

  • Experience with ServiceNow platform development and testing.
  • Experience in one or more ServiceNow products: ITOM, ITSM, SecOps, IRM/GRC.
  • Experience with CMDB.
  • Understanding of Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Service Management concepts.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Readiness to travel (10%).

Optional

  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
  • Willingness to learn new things.
  • Capability to work within a multinational and multicultural team.
