The Project Manager, Indirect Procurement will report to the Strategy and Programs leader and be responsible for executing and advancing Indirect Procurement’s centralized supplier risk management annual program to support Human rights assessment, analytics, due diligence, compliance, and other procurement ESG related activities.
In addition, this role is responsible for supporting various IP tools and centralized processes included but not limited to IP’s KPI and functional surveys, supporting IP’s market intelligence tool(s), reviewing/approving user access request and providing ad hoc project management, data analytics and process administration as assigned. users, training, access management, usage, training, and other IP tools/processes as assigned.
What you will do:
- Execute Indirect procurement’s annual human rights risk assessment, risk mitigation, supplier due diligence, and escalation and risk mitigation activities to achieve regulatory compliance; provide professional program management, stakeholder management, training, issue resolution, compliance to SOPs and project status updates.
- Leverage expertise with third party risk mitigation tools, processes, legislation, etc. to support continuous improvement, evolving best practices and adapt IP’s ESG support program as directed.
- Support Indirect Procurement functional global processes and tools including but not limited to IP stakeholder survey, market/financial intelligence tools, creation and maintenance of various Global IP resources and initiatives.
- Provide ad-hoc project management support including but not limited to developing and managing projects scope, plan, driving accountability and providing periodic report out and stakeholder management.
- Ensure compliance with organization’s practices, procedure, and policies.
- Responsible for micro learning videos, training and procedure documentation and related presentations, coordinating and executing training and optimizing IP’s web presence to best support the organization at the enterprise level.
What you need:
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of multi-national project and/or program management experience with a multi-national company
- Minimum 5 years Environmental, Social and Governance program and tools (Eco Vadis, SEDEX) experience; third party risk management required.
- Minimum 3 years in Procurement and/or Supplier Management experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency utilizing and having led projects that include change management, Lean Six Sigma and Project Management tools and methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in international business, procurement, project management, management information systems or related
- Fluent written and spoken communication in English
Preferred:
- PMP, LSS and Change Management training, certification preferred.
- Procurement certification.
- Strong business acumen and communications skills (verbal, written and visual) with proficiencies in SharePoint, Visio, Project, Excel, PowerBi, PowerApps, etc.
