Requirements
- at least 12 years of professional experience including at least 5 years on managerial position,
- experience in managing teams of 20 FTE+,
- extensive knowledge of the medical device market,
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, medicine, biotechnology, pharmacy or biology,
- strong managerial, negotiation, relationship-building, and analytical skills,
- hands-on, strong drive and self-motivating,
- fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- play crucial role in driving new business, expanding market share, and fostering strategic client relationships,
- overall responsibility for Business Development, Key Account Management, Operations and Back Office,
- planning, organization, and implementation of sales activities,
- identify cross-selling opportunities within the Group, support sales of other business units where necessary or appropriate,
- establish, monitor and improve KPIs both for sales and operations teams in close cooperation with Financial Controller,
- monitor market trends in Life Science, customer performance, and industry best practices to identify opportunities.
