Your responsibilities
- contributing projects with thorough analysis, critical thinking and structured solution recommendations, utilizing magnitude of sources for a specific client challenges,
- supporting business development through developing intellectual property and proposal documents,
- building on campus brand awareness.
Our requirements
- graduate of a top tier Polish or foreign university,
- strong track record in strategy consulting – at least 1-2 years within a Strategy or Big 4
- consultancy or blue chip industry organization (internship inclusive),
- fluency in Polish and English (other languages are considered an advantage).

Due to rapid expansion, we are now looking for candidates to join our Warsaw team and we want you to explore our Analyst role.
You’ll be a part of a dynamic team focused on the following types of projects:
- Corporate and growth strategy – providing in-depth market, competitor and customer insights and leveraging financial and operational perspectives to implement strategic plans,
- Transaction strategy and execution – projects across the whole deal lifecycle (e.g. Commercial Due Diligence, Value Creation Plan, Post Merger Integration).
Locally, our focus is in the below sectors:
- Consumer Products & Retail (CPR),
- Private Equity (PE),
- Technology, Media & Telecommunication (TMT),
- Healthcare & Wellness (HCW),
- Advanced Manufacturing (AMM).
- B2B Services (B2B).
