This position reports to
US M&S Finance Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for leading Pricing and Rebates Finance Team, and aid the organization by compiling and analyzing metrics for performance, identifying trends, communicating information to relevant groups, and recommending actions to improve financial performance. This role is contributing to Electrification business in the United States.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Being responsible for managing a team
- Ensuring timely and accurate Rebates reporting, executing accurate accruals, settlements & reconciliation of the whole rebate portfolio: VIDs, MF, Retail, SPA, Cash Discounts, etc.
- Delivering advanced Pricing analytics, measuring performance, and developing tools/dashboards
- Partnering with Finance, Pricing, and Channels teams
- Providing Distributors Reporting and leveraging various reporting/database/models/tools to report financials
- Following significant trends in reports to catch any outliers and proactively informing the business
- Owning pacing mechanisms, leading meetings/calls, and being the key point of contact for global executives and their teams to clarify respective area global dynamics
- Being involved in various projects, supporting the logic design of new KPIs, reports, models, and Vistex and other systems maintenance and development You will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the role
- You are immersed in finance, operational controlling, and accounting methodologies with a strong background in the business sector
- You have at least 8 years of experience in finance and possess people management skills
- Proven experience in leading people through changes, ensuring smooth transitions and growth
- You are highly skilled in influencing others and have a deep understanding of matrix organizations
- You present expertise at coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, showcasing strong analytical and organizational abilities with advanced Excel skills
- You are proficient in identifying problems and developing effective solutions
- You have exceptional hiring skills, selecting the right talent for your teams
- Degree in business, finance, operational controlling, or accounting, or equivalent experience
- You are at ease communicating in English
- You hold current VISA/work permit valid in Poland
