Senior GL Accountant with German

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in GL or RTR area,
- good understanding processes in GL area,
- high interpersonal and analytical skills,
- attention to detail and thoroughness,
- very good command of English and German (at least B2),
- university degree or in the course of study with a major in Economics, Finance or Accounting will be an asset,
- experience in project of improvements will be an asset.
Responsibilities
- performing accounting operations in Record To Report Area (Bank Statements, General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany),
- preparation of monthly Corporate Reporting Package (incl. Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, FA Table),
- preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliation,
- responding to queries from Operating Company, support Legal Entities and HQ on ad-hoc tasks,
- performing month closing activities such as: journal entries preparation and posting, running closing transaction,
- support annual audits and tax return working in concert with external auditors,
- ensuring accuracy and data integrity in the end-to-end financial reporting process by ensuring compliance with the Internal Control System requirements,
- participation in project improvement in finance area.
