Requirements
- Higher Degree, preferably in Economy, Accounting, or Finance,
- at least 2 years of proven experience in leading and managing teams,
- around 5 years of experience in a dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment,
- strong goal-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and drive results,
- analytical skills, paired with the ability to think strategically,
- great communication skills, adaptability, and resilience in a rapidly changing environment,
- proficiency in English at a business level (C1),
- knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including its use in corporate environments,
- commitment to promoting diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
Responsibilities
- lead and inspire a dynamic team of approximately 15 specialists in accounting customer service to achieve outstanding results,
- coordinate and optimize daily team activities with a focus on continuous improvement, delivering on goals, exceeding KPIs, and maintaining exceptional adherence to SLA standards,
- actively coach and mentor team members, promoting professional growth and development,
- collaborate in recruitment processes, including interviews and performance evaluations, to build and sustain a high-performing team,
- drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvements and supporting the implementation of automation solutions,
- build a positive team culture of global collaboration, accountability, and ongoing improvement.
