As a Mako Product Specialist at Stryker, you will help transform orthopedic surgeries around the world and help us achieve our mission of making healthcare better. In this role, you’ll be a resident expert in everything concerning the Mako robot – our newest product used in robotic-arm assisted surgical procedures.
What you will do:
- Train surgeons on using the Mako robot to enhance surgical precision
- Provide expert support and assistance throughout the surgical process: pre-, during, and post-operation and make data-driven decisions during procedures
- Serve as a liaison to Stryker engineers, providing feedback for product enhancements
- Create detailed case reports to document surgical outcomes
- Resolve technical and product-related issues swiftly and effectively
- Manage and monitor inventory to ensure availability of necessary equipment
- Facilitate the procurement process by securing purchase orders
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to boost product utilization and account growth
What you need
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Polish
