Requirements
- min. 1 year of experience in PTP / AP,
- very good knowledge of English (min. B2),
- university background in Finance & Accounting or relevant,
- practical knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and Excel,
- experience in Shared Service Center will be an asset,
- strong analytical skills with attention to details,
- ability to work in a team.
Responsibilities
- Address and resolve discrepancies in invoice verification against purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.
- Process invoices in the system in compliance with established procedures and local legal requirements.
- Execute necessary tasks during the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Identify and implement opportunities for improving the invoice management process.
