For our Client, a global leader in the professional services sector, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Client Insights & BI). This role focuses on analyzing and interpreting complex data to provide actionable insights, optimize client engagement, and support data-driven decisions that drive business growth. The position will involve close collaboration with key business departments, including Business Development, Marketing, Knowledge, and IT, ensuring alignment with the company’s global strategy.

Requirements
  • bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field,
  • strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and/or Tableau for dashboard creation and reporting,
  • at least 5 years of experience in project management, process improvement, and data analysis,
  • prior experience working in large, global organizations; professional services experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • collect, analyze, and interpret business data while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to data governance standards,
  • identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in internal and external data to uncover business development opportunities across key sectors and markets,
  • collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, address business pain points, and deliver standardized analytics solutions,
  • develop comprehensive reports, visualizations, and presentations to communicate insights and strategic recommendations effectively,
  • support the creation of lead scoring and predictive models to identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and strategic growth,
  • analyze client feedback and survey data to identify trends, measure satisfaction, and provide actionable insights for improved engagement.
