Finance Managed Services (FMS) in PwC Poland is rapidly expanding as part of the Managed Services Operations. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming the operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our domestic and international clients, as we delve into diverse, complex projects and collaborate closely with expert consulting teams to provide comprehensive finance services, including accounting and reporting, tax as well as financial planning & analysis, across various sectors in the region.
We are looking for:
FP&A (F&A) Transformation Manager
Your future role:

Define and develop FP&A solution portfolio and capabilities within FMS and beyond, based upon latest available technologies, PwC offering and FMS operating model,

Understand and translate clients' needs and requirements into an offering and proposal,

Working with a wide variety of our clients, assess, design and implement cutting edge solutions, transforming their FP&A function within their ERP/EPM environment with bespoke, solutions and technologies that drive efficiency, quality and client experience,

Set-up FP&A continuous improvement program within FMS delivery team,

Plan, schedule and oversee activities transitions into FMS organization,
-
Continuously develop FMS FP&A capabilities, monitor market trends, seek for creative solutions based on state-of-the art technologies available,

Represent FMS and PwC in client engagements.
Apply if you have:

Proven experience in FP&A transformation, ideally within a large organization or consultancy,

Working knowledge of tools and technologies, especially EPM (e.g. Anaplan, Onestream, Jedox or other EPM), visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) and automation technologies (RPA, AI, machine learning),

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously,

Practical skills at identifying client/ business process needs and conceptualizing business solutions for achieving corporate goals,

Expertise in mapping business requirements by interacting with senior management and stakeholder-clients,
-
Excellent command of Polish & English languages, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
