We are looking for:
Project Specialist / Senior Project Specialist (Middle East Projects)
Your future role:
- Providing end-to-end PMO and consulting services to clients from Poland, Germany and other parts of the world independently,
- Delivering regular status reports, risk, issue, and decision logs,
- Facilitating meetings, including decision making meetings,
- Contribution to quality standards improvement and preparing, analyzing reports & proposing recommendations to next steps,
- Managing and supervising work of others by leading a small PMO Team on projects/programmes or managing simple projects,
- Establishing shared document repository, tools and templates to manage: schedule, cost, risk, change, communication and other project constraints,
- Supporting decision making for the assigned projects/programmes or making project decisions and assisting project lead in following best practices.
- Travel with prolonged on-site presence for ME region engagements.
Apply if you have:
- University degree,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English (mandatory),
- 2-4 years of experience within PMO or 1-3 year of experience in Project Management and project management knowledge, especially related to planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, preferably covered by experience,
- Advanced communication skills meaning ability to communicate with different stakeholders, communicating clearly and in structured way (to the point) and ability to explain business complexity or challenge status quo and propose new solutions,
- Readiness to take decisions based on business understanding,
- Skills needed to provide constructive feedback to peers, team members and to broader stakeholders,
- Good knowledge of MS Office in particular MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint and/or G Suite applications.
Nice to have:
- Project Management and/or other related certificate/s,
- Experience in using PM tools (e.g. Jira, monday) ,
- Conflict solving skills, ability to support others' professional development and experience in people and team management.
