Requirements:
- knowledge of English at B2+/C1 level,
- effective communication abilities,
- analytical thinker and decision-maker,
- understanding of MS Office (including Excel).
Responsibilities:
- analyse customer payment statuses and overdue invoices,
- collaborate with company business partners,
- send inquiries to customers regarding the status of outstanding balances,
- contribute suggestions for enhancing operational processes.
