We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Corporate Services I to join our Global Corporate services (GCSD)  team. This role is located in Wrocław, hybrid. 

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Provide support for all GCSD division entities across EMEA including Food, Beverage, and Hospitality & Reception, Mail & Document Services, and Global Travel and Corporate Card Services. 
  • Day-to-day operational management of ~$50.4M GCSD budget. 
  • Deliver high quality, cost-efficient and internal client-focused services with the consistent directive to embed continuous improvements.  
  • Support the EMEA Lead in managing and measuring vendor performance and output across the region. 
  • Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary.  
  • Support RFQ, RFI and RFP efforts across EMEA to drive profitability and improve internal client experience. 
  • Capture and coordinate issues and concerns that impact our key stakeholders. Liaise with vendors, service providers and internal clients to ensure all issues and events which adversely impact our operations are mitigated and resolved. 

 To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • 5-7 years of industry experience and knowledge of expense and/or accounts payable within a highly complex and regulated global organization is preferred. 
  • 5+ years project management skills and experience is preferred. 
  • Full working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. 
  • Proven experience of successfully delivering process improvements and managing change across multiple locations simultaneously 
  • Critical thinking & decision-making skills in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment. 
  • A Strategic mindset with a Collaborative, flexible approach to problem solving. 
  • Strong collaboration skills & Influencing skills to be able to align key stakeholders to support process changes & improvements. 
  • The ability to analyse and understand complex data to help drive decision making. 
  • Strong communication skills to communicate at all levels & functions of the organization effectively and articulately, as well as external third parties. 
  • Exceptional customer service skills 
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple work streams, and have an eye for detail.
