For our Client Global Manufacturing Group we are looking for candidates for Head of Employee Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 100 FTE+ distributed in Europe.
Head of Employee Services
Requirements:

- strong knowledge of HR admin & payroll processes,
- relevant systems and data models,
- ability to cope with labor law and compliance topics and understand local legislation and co-determination requirements,

- fluency in English.
Responsibilities:
- implement global Employee Services strategy, policies, operating model and ensure successful set-up of ES teams to deliver the services in scope to the region,
- ensure that team provides the local business with effective and efficient Employee Services, delivered in accordance with the agreed performance and quality standards,
- monitor ES performance across delivered services including local delivery,
- own the application of common standards for services and sponsor initiatives to implement best practices in the region and worldwide,
- monitor and lead team and process performance, including 0-payroll error mindset, driving customer satisfaction, HR data quality and optimizing the resource allocation across region,
- partnering with HR and business leadership at market, European and global level to ensure end-to-end process & strategy consistency,
- contribute to global ES solutions and data-related projects and take a regional leadership in global HR digitalization roadmap,
- drive continuous improvement and innovation mindset within the organization.
