MSO Internal Controls Testing team is a rapidly developing team consisting of experts in the area of internal control, processes and IT systems. We carry out projects related to verifying the effectiveness of internal control from the perspective of business and IT processes. We identify, analyze and manage business and IT risks for clients from various sectors around the world.
We are looking for:
Senior Technology Risk Specialist with German
Your future role:
- Performing tests of IT controls design (round 1) and conduction of walkthroughs with the process owners,
- Performing test of IT controls effectiveness (round 2), roll-forward testing,
- Reviewing business and IT processes/procedures, risk and related control mechanisms,
- Taking part in remediation and deficiency mitigation process and proactive work with the business IT Application and ITGC owners to determine the efficiency of the implemented measures,
- Conducting audit projects for the largest global clients,
- Overseeing the team during the engagements and performing the quality review of work.
Apply if you have:
- A university degree or during studies in IT or a related field,
- Experience in IT compliance, risk management, IT audit and/or IT controls, at least 3 years,
- Compliance knowledge along with deep hands-on technical knowledge of working on IT areas of change management, security controls, knowledge of leading server side and database solutions,
- Proficiency in English, enabling fluent communication both verbally and in writing, and a minimum of B2 level in German,
- Analytical thinking skills, accuracy and good work organization,
- Willingness to learn, improve competences, share knowledge, experience and passion for IT.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations, and IT General Controls and IT governance,
- Knowledge of industry framework, standards and practices (COBIT, ITIL, CMMI, ISO 2700x, etc.).
