Finance Managed Services (FMS) in PwC Poland is rapidly expanding as part of the Managed Services Operations. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming the operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our domestic and international clients, as we delve into diverse, complex projects and collaborate closely with expert consulting teams to provide comprehensive finance services, including accounting and reporting, tax as well as financial planning & analysis, across various sectors in the region.
We are looking for:
Solution Architect - Senior Manager
Your future role:
- Developing solution architect approach based upon PwC offering and defined target operating model,
- Working on a very wide range of clients to assess, design and implement cutting edge solutions on their intercompany set up, directly into the client’s ERP / financial systems/platforms or EPM environment,
- Understanding and translating client requirements into a standard FP&A, F&A solutions offering deal approach, solution plan, proposal and cost estimate leveraging standard process methods and deliverables,
- Working with senior members of the team to help out clients convert their needs into business and functional specifications and requirements,
- As a strategic part of the team, you will be working directly with the PwC FMS Capability Leads and Financial Controller.
Apply if you have:
- Significant experience in traditional Finance BPO solution architecture (FP&A, F&A solutions),
- Practical skills in identifying client/ business process needs and conceptualizing business solutions for achieving corporate goals,
- Expertise in mapping business requirements by interacting with senior management and stakeholder-clients,
- Excellent command of the Polish & English languages, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
