The Application Managed Services team is a part of PwC Poland, involving 60 superheroes who react before anyone even notices a problem! Our work requires constant monitoring of the operation of applications and real-time response. We also improve existing products and introduce new functionalities, so that applications can advance in parallel with our clients’ growth. Our work is recognized worldwide – from Newfoundland to Singapore; we work in several languages. We repair, keep our fingers on the pulse, create CR, document, and sometimes teach our clients’ employees. We are looking for:
Project Technical Leader
Your future role:
- Lead and “hands on” participation of the architecture and design of the technical solution, including the creation of all required documentation,
- Manage and enhance software/data architecture best practices, standards, patterns and reference architectures to design for the given domain,
- Supervising/assisting with the design and development of domain-level roadmaps,
- Be part of SWAT team to resolve complex issues and Major incidents for premium Clients,
- Be trusted advisor for Client (CTO,CIO) in choosing right new technologies and improvements plans supporting Client’s goals,
- Supporting growth of juniors team members.
Apply if you have:
- Min 3 years of experience in architect role, leading complex technology solutions/projects,
- Practical knowledge of UML i BPMN2,
- Knowledge of SOA, microservices, front-ends and integration technologies,
- Working experience in designing distributed applications on Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud),
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, especially containerization and orchestration (knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus),
- Good presentation and communication skills,
- Ability to build authority and form strong relationships,
- Ability to deal with ambiguity while working in a continually changing environment under indirect supervision,
- High decision-making and prioritization skills,
- Ability to demonstrate Leadership skills to manage ad-hoc analysis or design deep dive.
