The fund's portfolio mainly focuses on IT and cloud businesses as well as pharma and life science. The office is located in Warsaw.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or corporate M&A, BIG4 advisory,
- strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis,
- proven experience in executing M&A transactions, including deal structuring and negotiation,
- background in equity research, portfolio management, or corporate strategy is a plus,
- excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset,
- strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with investors, management teams, and stakeholders,
- fluency in English, additional European language skills would be an advantage,
- ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high autonomy.
Responsibilities
- identify and evaluate investment opportunities across various industries in Europe,
- lead due diligence processes, including financial, legal, and commercial assessments,
- structure and execute M&A transactions, including negotiations and deal structuring,
- manage relationships with portfolio companies and drive value-creation strategies,
- conduct in-depth financial modeling, valuation analysis, and investment return assessments,
- collaborate with senior management and investment teams to develop strategic growth plans,
- monitor market trends and identify emerging opportunities within private equity,
- prepare investment memoranda and present findings to the investment committee.
