THE WORK
As a Junior Collections Specialist in the Order To Cash Department you will handle B2B relations with the customers of our client. You will have a chance to develop your expertise in finance area. Your main tasks will be related to:
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and helping keep them updated on account status, overdue payments, and credit limits
- Billing customers
- Assisting in forecasting overdue payments and learning about customer payment behavior
- Generating and sending missing invoices and account statements, as well as assisting with documentation for write-offs when necessary
- Communicating with customers via phone and email to follow up on overdue invoices.
- Helping with credit-related requests for customers and supporting the resolution of payment issues
- Working closely with internal teams to help solve customer problems and supporting colleagues when needed
- Preparing simple reports on customer account statuses and taking on additional tasks as part of the team
- Helping new team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with their learning process

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Very good English and German skills (minimum B2 level)
- Interest in developing within the field of finance
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken due to the daily phone and email communication with customers)
- Ability to work in a hybrid mode (50/50) with the office located on Przyokopowa Street, Warsaw
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
- Experience in customer service, collections / accounts receivable processes
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of SAP or ServiceNow
- A degree in finance or a related field
