We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bank Access and Compliance Coordinator to ensure the integrity and efficiency of our banking operations. Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain bank-related processes and systems to ensure accuracy and security.
- Configure and oversee bank accounts, approval limits, and access rights.
- Support and implement banking changes while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Conduct control processes and meet audit requirements.
- Create and update bank administration manuals and policies.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to streamline banking operations.
Key Tasks:
Online Administration
- Manage online user accounts, access levels, and approval matrices.
- Conduct regular access clean-ups and remove unnecessary permissions.
- Maintain and update bank policies, contact lists, and compliance records.
- Provide training and develop standard operating procedures for bank administration.
Manual Administration
- Process manual access requests and manage account setups.
- Collect required signatures and maintain bank-related documentation.
- Other Responsibilities
- Support Know Your Customer (KYC) processes and documentation.
- Assist with bank account openings, closures, and migrations.
- Monitor regulatory changes and contribute to process adjustments.
- Participate in automation projects and bank structure improvements.
- Handle the exchange of bank-related documents and Power of Attorney (PoA) requests.
- Address banking inquiries and maintain the GBS Bank Matrix.
Requirements:
- University degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., KYC Certification) are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and WorkFlow.
- Experience in banking compliance and online banking administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to regulations and compliance.
- Project management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of an additional language is an asset.
