Currently we are looking for: ServiceNow Manufacturing Cyber Solution Developer
Join our OT/IoT* Security Hub for EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa) region.
The opportunity:
You will contribute to Cyber Transformation and Service Management competence group in our OT/IoT Security Hub. You will play a direct role in helping our clients plan, build, and implement ServiceNow manufacturing industry solutions in the areas of OT Visibility (CMDB), OT Service Management, OT SecOps (vulnerability and security incident response), and/or OT Risk Management.
Your scope of duties:
- Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for the manufacturing industry, focusing on OT Visibility, OT Service Management, OT SecOps, and OT Risk Management.
- Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules to align with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Integration: Develop and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow solutions to ensure functionality, performance, and security standards are met.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, including design specifications, user guides, and technical manuals.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of delivered solutions.

Skills and attributes for success:
- Experience with ServiceNow platform development and testing
- Experience in one or more ServiceNow products: ITOM, ITSM, SecOps, IRM/GRC
- Experience with CMDB
- Understanding of Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Service Management concepts
- Fluency in English
- Readiness to travel (10%)
We will also appreciate:
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
- Willingness to learn new things
