Requirements
- experience in accounting or finance,
- previous experience in accounts receivable (AR) will be considered a plus,
- proven experience in leading and managing a team,
- proficiency in english, both spoken and written,
- a forward-thinking attitude focused on enhancing and improving processes.
Responsibilities
- managing team performance and evaluating results to achieve set goals,
- supporting the team through feedback and assisting in solving operational challenges,
- implementing process improvement and standardization initiatives,
- building strong relationships with both internal and external customers,
- reporting kpis to senior management and internal stakeholders,
- assisting in resolving escalated and non-standard issues,
- achieving operational targets and delivering strong results,
- collaborating with credit managers to optimize collection processes,
- managing customer interactions, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
