You can play an important role in supporting and transforming operations of our domestic and international Clients. We are looking for:
Junior Talent Relationship Management Specialist
Your future role:
- Further development of PwC's Talent Relationship Management approach for strategic target groups and building talent pools to ensure a sufficient talent pipeline,
- Responsibility for the Talent Relationship Management platform and maintaining a comprehensive database of talent profiles/pools, administering and ensuring efficient tracking and reporting,
- Acting as a strategic talent networker and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders by conducting video calls with the talents,
- Exchanging with and ensure closeness to recruiters, as well as business representatives, to ensure know-how of our open positions,
- Handling of admin tasks in the scope of alumni, Virtual Case Experience and internship management.
Apply if you have:
- University degree in Business Administration/HR, Psychology or related field,
- 1+ years of experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment and/or Marketing,
- Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written,
- Experience in MS Office (Excel, Teams, Power platform, PowerPoint),
- Experience in Workday,
- Familiarity with Swiss university landscape,
- Understanding of the unique talent needs and challenges within a Big4 environment in CH,
- High level of integrity and confidentiality, attention to details, dynamism in action, team working skills, excellent organizational skills,
- An ability to work independently and collaboratively with a strong work ethic,
- An ability to identify key competencies in candidates, manage and drive stakeholders.
