Human Resources and Payroll Operations in MSO, PwC Poland is a rapidly expanding team. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our clients, as we delve into diverse projects and collaborate closely with international expert consulting and compliance teams to provide comprehensive Payroll and HR Administration services across various sectors in the region. 

We are looking for: 

Junior Time, Attendance & Expense Specialist with German 

Your future role: 

  • Replying to all employee inquiries in written or by phone, 
  • Absence control checking according to laws and PwC CH guidelines, 
  • Collecting, reviewing, and processing employee timesheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness, 
  • Verifying time and attendance data against schedules and time-off requests, 
  • Investigating and resolving timekeeping discrepancies and errors, 
  • Processing employee expense reports in accordance with company policy. 

Apply if you have: 

  • 1+ years of experience in HR, 
  • A university degree in Business Administration/HR or related field, 
  • Proficiency in German and English, enabling fluent communication both verbally and in writing, 
  • Knowledge in Replicon and SAP HCM, 
  • Familiarity with the different CH laws regarding time recording, Sunday and night work, 
  • An ability to adapt to and effectively use various HR systems.
