You can play an important role in supporting and transforming operations of our domestic and international Clients. We are looking for:
Junior Time, Attendance & Expense Specialist with German
Your future role:
- Replying to all employee inquiries in written or by phone,
- Absence control checking according to laws and PwC CH guidelines,
- Collecting, reviewing, and processing employee timesheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness,
- Verifying time and attendance data against schedules and time-off requests,
- Investigating and resolving timekeeping discrepancies and errors,
- Processing employee expense reports in accordance with company policy.
Apply if you have:
- 1+ years of experience in HR,
- A university degree in Business Administration/HR or related field,
- Proficiency in German and English, enabling fluent communication both verbally and in writing,
- Knowledge in Replicon and SAP HCM,
- Familiarity with the different CH laws regarding time recording, Sunday and night work,
- An ability to adapt to and effectively use various HR systems.
