We are looking for:
Junior HC Communications Specialist
Your future role:
- Preparing all internal and external communication in verbal and written form for our Chief People Officer (CPO) and the People Leadership Team in English from scratch. This includes finding innovative new ways of communication and drafting stakeholder-appropriate communication of difficult messages,
- Being the main contact for all teams in Human Capital to ensure a channel- and topic-oriented content plan, support them with creative ideas in producing their communications and maintaining their knowledge platforms,
- Participating in and consulting all Human Capital teams in planning, execution and debriefing of project-specific communication campaigns,
- Actively and independently managing our internal communication platform for Human Capital and ensuring that all information is up to date,
- Working closely with our firmwide communications team and ensuring corporate branding in Human Capital communication,
- Executing on and actively shaping our Human Capital communications strategy based on our firm and people strategy.
Apply if you have:
- A university degree (preferably from applied sciences in Marketing, Communication or Linguistics),
- 1+ years of professional experience in Communication, Marketing and Change Management,
- Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written,
- Proficiency in using MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Word,
- Experience in setting up and managing a target group-oriented communication plan,
- Solid understanding of AI enhanced writing tools and actively seeking opportunities to implement them,
- An ability to quickly grasp complex topics and independently transform them into easy-to-understand written and verbal communication,
- An ability to proactively identify stakeholders' needs and develop highly creative communication concepts from their needs,
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to quickly build lasting relationships.
