Requirements
- min. 5 years of experience as a financial analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment,
- ability to analyze data and identify trends,
- solid knowledge of Excel for financial calculations and reporting,
- familiarity with databases and tools like Power BI is a strong plus,
- ability to clearly present findings to teams and stakeholders,
- ability to work independently and as part of both local and international teams.
Responsibilities
- analyze financial data such as sales, revenue, and costs to spot trends and find areas for improvement,
- support the budgeting and forecasting process, including preparing financial reports and updates for management,
- monitor expenses and suggest ways to reduce or control costs,
- maintain and improve financial models to help with accurate forecasting and clear business planning,
- work closely with plant finance teams to review budgets, forecasts, and actual results, and help load updates into systems,
- prepare monthly reporting packages, making sure information is accurate, on time, and useful for performance reviews,
- contribute to senior management presentations by turning data into clear and useful insights.
