THE WORK:
- Managing collections process on assigned portfolio of customers
- Resolving customers disputes pertaining to Collections
- Answering customers incoming queries
- Making recommendations regarding the treatment of uncollectable debt
- Building long term business relationship with customers
- Planning and prioritizing own work to ensure the deadlines and customers experience are met
The work location for this role includes a mix of working remotely and in an Accenture office
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Fluency in written and spoken English (C1)
- Good knowledge of MS Office package
- Excellent communication skills
- High accuracy and attention to details
- Ability to quickly adapt to process changes and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
