YOUR TASKS

• Design and Update Anti-corruption Controls, Risk Assessment and Action Plans;
• Execution of 2nd-Level Controls: Perform recurring 2nd-level anti-corruption controls as outlined in the Compliance Roadmap, ensuring adherence to established methodologies and timelines;
• Central Team and Cross-functional Compliance
• Support: Support the Central Team with any tasks related to the performance of ABC controls (ie training, designing schedule & methodology, putting in place & updating KPIs/dashboards, etc);
• Country-Level Compliance Reviews: Support the Central Team during Compliance Reviews in targeted countries, ensuring consistent execution of 2nd-level anti-corruption controls and adherence to group-wide compliance standards;
• IT Tool Implementation and Management: Support the implementation and management of IT tools essential for the effective performance of controls, ensuring that these tools are aligned with the group's compliance monitoring requirements.

YOUR PROFILE

• Between 2 and 5 years of experience in internal control or audit field;
• Background university diploma in accounting, finance, or economic, with proven ability to manage data;
• Excellent analytical and investigative skills to identify and assess risks and conduct deeper researches;
• Knowledge of legal and compliance methods, principles, standards, processes and systems around anti-corruption field;
• Capacity to interpret a large amount of data;
• Affinity to digital market topics, notably strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel;
• Strong organizational skills to keep accurate records and documentation on anti-corruption control of 2nd level;
• Flexibility regarding the organization currently under construction and ability to adapt to changing laws, regulations and compliance standards;
• Economic and intercultural understanding; Capacity to work well with a variety of personalities/capabilities in cross-functional team and remotely; negotiations skills.
