Job Description

Join the Operational Excellence division (OPEX) at Euroclear, where we drive transformative change and enhance corporate capabilities. As an internal management consultant, you will enjoy significant autonomy and exposure to diverse topics and domains across Euroclear. This role offers a unique opportunity to impact various aspects of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage missions from start to finish, employing a variety of methodologies.
  • Deliver tangible and measurable results, ensuring client satisfaction and added value.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, aligning it with our consultancy service strategies.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance client loyalty.
  • Provide strategic, data-driven advice to improve business operations.
  • Design, plan, and monitor project outcomes to meet benefit commitments.
  • Contribute to the OPEX CoE knowledge base by implementing market trends and best practices.
  • Conduct training sessions and events to elevate organizational maturity and performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Research & Analytical Skills: A critical thinker who can synthesize complex information.
  • Methodology Skills: Well-versed in Lean Management, Agile, and Continuous Improvement practices.
  • Communication Skills: A clear and transparent communicator comfortable with all organizational levels.
  • Organizational Skills: Effective at managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving: Capable of leading and facilitating problem-solving sessions.
  • Process Modelling: Proficient in visualizing and collaboratively building processes.
  • Project Management: Autonomous and adept at developing action plans and managing resources.
  • Facilitation Skills: Experienced in guiding workshops and focus groups to valuable outcomes.
  • Digital Savviness: Proficient with the O365 suite and embracing digital tools for value creation.
  • Coaching Skills: Passionate about personal and team development, providing and seeking continuous feedback.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in consultancy and project management.

In this role, you will interact daily with various management levels, gaining a unique perspective on Euroclear's divisions, product offerings, and strategic goals. This position is part of the Advisory career path and involves up to 10% travel.
