ABOUT THE ROLE:
Key Responsibilities for the Senor Analyst in Operations include:
- Reconciliation of Administrative book v/s Counter party books – for hedge funds or managed accounts.
- Review aging breaks and breaks over a certain dollar threshold.
- Monitor work activities to ensure timeliness and accuracy of fund activity like calculation of NAV and its validation.
- Active participation in projects and onboarding whenever required.
- Collaborate with accounting and development teams to meet client requirements.
- Provide hands on support and guidance to aligned analyst ensuring overall efficiency of the process.
PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Have at least a basic understanding of listed financial products, especially equities and fixed income. Knowledge of corporate actions, foreign exchange, listed derivatives, and OTC derivatives will be an asset.
- Good communication skill – written and verbal.
- Should be a self-motivated and a team player.
