What you will be doing
- Preparing, checking correctness and distributing business reports. Overseeing the business & financial operations of an organization, support the business in various financial needs
- Customer bonus calculation and administrative tasks relating to this process
- Prepare of a monthly reporting package to management teams
- Identifying needs and potential process improvements (process/workload efficiencies, best practices, cost reductions, business opportunities. Ensuring compliance with internal& Group policies and standard operating procedures
- Preparing of requested local audit files and ensuring their correctness and completeness. Facilitating of audits (internal and external) and being able to answer detailed questions
- Participating in projects, system testing and preparation of data documentation within area of responsibility (including an analysing of scenarios/data/issues)
- Participating in a transition projects. Supporting TL/transition manager with the efficiently transfer processes, preparing instructions/supporting documentations/transition plan and training a backup
What you bring
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of accounting, controlling and financial analysis/reporting. Sharing-knowledge approach.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office package, especially Excel (Power Query & Power BI experience will be an asset)
- Ability to communicate with others, listening to their needs, adapting suggested solutions. Ability to negotiate and convince others to accept the suggested solutions. Stakeholders & Team relations building.
- Ability to adapt accordingly to new situations and scenarios as well as accepting feedback, flexibility and stress resilience skills.
- Ability to generate innovative ideas. Building mindset of continuous improvement concept. Ability to identify process imperfections and challenge status quo of processes.
- Proactive and goal-oriented approach. Problem-solving skills and way of thinking
- Master degree in Accounting, Economics or related fields
- Advanced command of English (proficiency level) both spoken and in written
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position will be an asset
