What you will do:
- Perform reconciliation of supplierand#39;s outstanding statement and accounts payable open invoices.
- Monitor the payables and unreconciled payment lines while also reconciling aged debit and credit items.
- Book invoices in various tools.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Perform internal audit on processed invoices and make manual corrections.
- Assist Clients with queries received by email or phone call.
- Maintain regular relationship with both suppliers and Clients.

Here's what you will need:
- Fluency in English (min. B2 level is required).
- Very good knowledge of Turkish language (C1 level is preferred).
- High accuracy and focus on details.
- Ability to work analytically in a problem solving environment as well as ability to plan, organize and perform work in accordance with the targets.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
- Flexibility, especially in the period of month year end closing.
- Ability to work from the office located in Warsaw city centre (2/3 days per week).

- Educational background in finance, accounting or economics.
