YOUR TASKS

• Solving issues/queries raised by Customers;
• Cash Applications, Account maintenance, Financial Order Release;
• Problem solving;
• Updating account status records and collection efforts
• Reporting on collections activity and accounts receivables status

YOUR PROFILE

• Communicative level of English (minimum B2) and fluent Hebrew (minimum C1) both written and spoken;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Attention to details and quality;
• No previous experience is needed;
• Student status or bachelor's degree;
