We are looking for:
Scrum Master with German
Your Future Role:
- Support the preparation, execution, and follow-up of PI Planning with a focus on your team's contribution,
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the workflow within your team,
- Play a significant role in the formation, composition, and development of high-performing teams,
- Support employees in the agile environment as part of training to become Agile Coaches,
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and further development of performance within the ART (Agile Release Train),
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.
Apply if you have:
- Effectively navigated resistance to change and guided teams through successful transitions to agile methodologies,
- A strong understanding of team dynamics and the ability to analyze team interactions to address potential conflicts constructively, fostering a collaborative and positive environment,
- The ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including product owners, developers, and management, to ensure clear understanding, alignment, and manage expectations effectively,
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively identify and resolve roadblocks to team progress,
- A solid understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe),
- A proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and implementing change,
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely delivery of tasks and projects,
- Experience in breaking down hierarchical working styles and fostering a collaborative environment,
- University degree and are fluent in German and English,
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a multicultural organization, with expertise in Scaled Agile Framework,
- A strong understanding of various agile methodologies and the ability to adapt your approach to different contexts,
Nice to have:
- Certifications in Scrum/Agile methodologies,
- Experience with Team Building Workshops and Ceremonies Playbook,
- Conflict solving skills, ability to support others' professional development and experience in people and team management.
