We are looking for:

Junior PMO (freelance)


Your future role:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and achievement of project objectives. 
  • Ensure accuracy in reporting and effective communication among all involved parties. 
  • Manage project documentation and monitor financial aspects of projects. 
  • Support the process of project resource allocation and update project status. 
  • Initiate new projects and propose changes to ongoing projects. 
  • Train and support new project team members during the onboarding process. 
  • Participate in the activities of the larger Project Management Office (PMO) team 

Apply if you have:

  • Interest in PMO area and project coordination activities, 
  • Basic knowledge of project management methodologies, 
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint), 
  • Very good organization and work planning, 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships, 
  • Ability to work independently and work in a team, 
  • Diligence and accuracy in performing the assigned tasks, 
  • Knowledge of English enabling communication with the project team and conducting meetings. 

 Nice to have:

  • Demonstrated willingness to work non-standard or flexible hours, 
  • German knowledge 
  • Initial experience in a similar position in an IT company, consulting company or financial institution, 
  • Practical knowledge: Excel 
  • PMP or MSP certificate, 
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps and/ or JIRA systems, 
  • Willingness to travel, i.a. to the Middle East.
