We are looking for:  

Release Train Engineer with German

Your Future Role: 

  • Support the preparation, execution, and follow-up of PI Planning across the entire ART and its roles, 
  • Play a key role in the execution of Program Increments, 
  • Continuously accompany and support the ART and its roles, 
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and strengthening of the flow (workflow) in the ART, 
  • Be responsible for the relentless/continuous improvement of the ART, 
  • Ensure smooth release and deployment management of software projects, 
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the release process. 

Apply if you have: 

  • Experience managing large, complex projects in a complex scaled delivery environment, 
  • The ability to effectively balance team autonomy with dependencies across different teams, 
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in release and deployment management, 
  • Proven ability to identify, assess, and manage risks within the project, 
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and manage expectations, 
  • The ability to guide and support the organization's agile transformation efforts, 
  • University degree and are fluent in German and English, 
  • 2+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer or in a similar leadership role in a scaled agile environment, 
  • A strong understanding of various agile methodologies and the ability to adapt your approach to different contexts. 

Nice to have: 

  • Certifications in Scrum/Agile methodologies, 
  • Experience with Organizational Blueprints and Process Blueprints, 
  • Conflict solving skills, ability to support others' professional development and experience in people and team management.
