YOUR PROJECT

This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, international environment, gaining new skills while contributing to global security. You’ll be part of a team that supports Group Security in ensuring employees safety, and you'll have the opportunity to participate in innovative and improvement-driven projects.

This is a global role with a "follow the sun" working model, which includes working weekends. The main responsibility is to ensure smooth daily operations, both internally and externally with clients, within global security. This role requires strong teamwork, communication, customer service skills, responsibility, analytical thinking, and organizational abilities.

YOUR TASKS

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client calls and emails.
  • Monitor and handle risk incidents.
  • Approve travel bookings and ensure compliance with travel security protocols.
  • Manage global events and sensitive processes.
  • Ensure smooth workflow, reporting any discrepancies or issues to senior team members.
  • Assist in improvement or delivery projects.
  • Help prepare and deliver presentations during client calls.
  • Support the GS in different service delivery projects
  • Work in a follow-the-sun security incident management model, ensuring smooth handover and takeover to maintain continuity in the IM process.
  • Be ready to work in a 24/7 security incident management mode during exceptional Business Continuity Management (BCM) situations.
  • Manage tickets using the incident management tool.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Well-organized, energetic, and eager to learn.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Respect for confidentiality.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Knowledge of another foreign language is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Analytical skills – ability to assess situations and propose solutions.
  • Strong interest in global affairs, including political and geopolitical topics.
  • Studies in fields related to international relations, political science, or security studies will be an asset.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Data Science.
  • Experience with Gen AI applications (integrated with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, and various databases).
  • Digital Communications.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Power Apps.
