Requirements
- at least 3 years of experience in accounting ares,
- fluent in both Polish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills,
- experience working with ERP systems, preferably Oracle,
- working knowledge in controlling, enabling effective financial analysis and reporting,
- strong ability to work independently,
- flexibility to visit the office in Wałbrzych twice a week as needed,
- proficiency in MS Office applications, with a focus on Excel for financial data management.
Responsibilities
- reviewing and verifying invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance,
- recording and processing incoming invoices in the accounting system,
- handling outgoing invoices and credit notes efficiently and accurately,
- tracking and reconciling customer payments to maintain financial transparency,
- managing and maintaining general ledger accounts for accurate financial reporting,
- assisting in month-end and year-end closing processes,
- conducting profitability analyses and post-mortem reviews.
