THE WORK
Please note: This is a fixed-term contract of employment until August 2026.
- Responsible for timely cash collection for the assigned portfolio of clients (B2B clients, mainly email communication)
- Forecasting (cash, risks, opportunities, past due level)
- Building long term relationship with regional Sales, Finance and Customer Service departments
- Reporting collection activities and presenting progress of debt collection
- Helping in resolution of disputes

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Fluent German and English, B2 level required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic MS Office Excel skills
- Experience in customer service, complaints solving, and cash collecting would be an asset
- Knowledge of Oracle is nice to have
Ability to work in a 50/50 hybrid mode (office located on Przyokopowa Street, Warsaw)
