The Office of General Counsel team at PwC Poland is composed of 16 experienced lawyers. We provide comprehensive legal services to companies in the PwC network in Poland. We advise on all areas of their business, including drafting and reviewing contracts, taking an active part in negotiations, providing legal advice and consultation, conducting court cases, preparing and reviewing letters and documents, including regulations and procedures, and conducting ongoing analysis of changes in legal regulations and court rulings.
We are looking for
Technology Legal Counsel / Technology in house Lawyer
Your future role:
- Advising on complex technology projects, licensing and contracting methods, as well as having expertise in intellectual property area,
- Supporting client facing teams in negotiations, leading negotiations independently, being able to work under the time pressure,
- Drafting agreements, creating templates and translating them into PwC policy and standards,
- Making decisions in a less defined environment based on limited information, being able to prioritize work and identify and manage legal, business and commercial risks and provide high quality guidance and advice.
Apply if you have:
- Degree in law,
- Demonstrated command of technology, data and artificial intelligence projects and related laws and regulations,
- Proficiency in English, including legal English,
- Proven track record in leading negotiations of complex technology projects - at least 7+ years of working experience in IT,
- Intellectual property and IT background,
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
