MSO Internal Control Testing team is a rapidly developing group of experts in the area of internal control, processes and IT systems. We carry out projects related to verifying the effectiveness of internal control from the perspective of business and IT processes. We identify, analyze and manage business and IT risks for clients from various sectors around the world.

We are looking for:

Junior Business Control Testing Specialist with German


Your future role:  

  • Performing tests of business process controls design (round 1) and conduction of walkthroughs with the process owners,
  • Performing test of internal controls effectiveness (round 2), roll-forward testing,
  • Taking part in remediation and deficiency mitigation process,
  • Being a part of audit projects for the largest global clients.

 
Apply if you have: 

  • Proficiency in English, enabling fluent communication both verbally and in writing, and a minimum of C1 level in German,
  • A university degree or during studies in Finance, Economy, Business or related,
  • At least 1 year of experience in corporate environment (preferably risk management area),
  • Openness to learning the area of control testing,
  • Interest in risk management,
  • Analytical thinking skills, accuracy and good work organization.

Nice to have: 

  • Experience in risk management, audit or business controls, 
  • Compliance knowledge along with deep, hands-on technical knowledge of working with multiple business processes,
