Requirements

  • very good knowledge of end-to-end P2P process,
  • knowledge of Power BI would be an asset​,
  • familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools,​
  • project management and organizational skills,​
  • strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights,​
  • communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, both technical and non-technical stakeholders,​
  • leadership abilities and capacity to drive change within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • develop and maintain a reporting framework for tracking KPI's and operational metrics,
  • analyze data to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making,
  • create customized reports based on stakeholder requirements,
  • ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through validation and audits,
  • identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and eliminate waste,
  • apply Lean Six Sigma and best practices to optimize operations and reduce costs,
  • standardize processes and collaborate across teams to align with business goals,
  • assess operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements,
  • lead P2P initiatives to boost productivity, efficiency, and quality,
  • work with stakeholders to address challenges and implement change initiatives,
  • support change management efforts and communication strategies for new processes and systems,
  • monitor P2P KPI's / SLA's and drive process,
  • communication, and technology improvements based on data analytics.
