Requirements
- very good knowledge of end-to-end P2P process,
- knowledge of Power BI would be an asset,
- familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools,
- project management and organizational skills,
- strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights,
- communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, both technical and non-technical stakeholders,
- leadership abilities and capacity to drive change within the organization.
Responsibilities
- develop and maintain a reporting framework for tracking KPI's and operational metrics,
- analyze data to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making,
- create customized reports based on stakeholder requirements,
- ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through validation and audits,
- identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and eliminate waste,
- apply Lean Six Sigma and best practices to optimize operations and reduce costs,
- standardize processes and collaborate across teams to align with business goals,
- assess operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements,
- lead P2P initiatives to boost productivity, efficiency, and quality,
- work with stakeholders to address challenges and implement change initiatives,
- support change management efforts and communication strategies for new processes and systems,
- monitor P2P KPI's / SLA's and drive process,
- communication, and technology improvements based on data analytics.
