For our Client, in the logistics industry which is currently in an intensive growth phase, we are looking for an Atoss Key User who will be responsible for implementing, maintaining and optimizing the Atoss system.
This role will act as a bridge between business teams and IT, making sure the system works properly and supports business needs. We are looking for multiple candidates all over Poland.

Requirements
- experience working as an Atoss Key User or in a similar role,
- practical knowledge of the Atoss system, including implementation, configuration, and maintenance,
- strong understanding of business processes related to workforce management and resource planning,
- analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
- experience collaborating with business users and IT teams,
- willingness to travel for business purposes to the headquarters,
- proficiency in English for communication with the system provider and documentation purposes,
- self-motivation, initiative, and ability to work in a team.
Responsibilities
- implementing and configuring the Atoss system following business requirements,
- optimizing and maintaining the system to ensure its smooth operation,
- collaborating with HR, operations, and IT teams to improve processes related to workforce management,
- analyzing user requirements and translating them into system functionalities,
- monitoring and resolving technical and operational issues related to the system,
- providing support to end-users and organizing training sessions for employees,
- cooperating with the Atoss system provider and overseeing updates and system modifications,
- creating and updating system documentation and user procedures.
